Juste un vu

A solo choreographed and performed by Elisa Martinez

Suffering from dyslexia, I had an atypical childhood where I had to face

many fears and anxieties and being confronted withmisunderstandings from those around me.The time of schooling was very painful, with phases of realharassment from the teaching staff and mockery from the students… whichled to my school phobia at the age of 12.

Thanks to my parents' support, I educated myself without school throughthe arts: visual arts, dance, and theater. With this creation, this "one-woman dance show," I want to bear witnessto what I experienced, in a solo mixing dance and text with abittersweet tone.

I will cover 5 tables with the following concept:

The three danced tableaux will be my own expression of my story:

“Offset” “the scope of words” and “And with all that, I move forward”.

In both spoken scenes, I play characters with my family

we met: the teaching world, the medical world.

I hope that this creation will help to better understand these disorders and

to better understand them at all points of attachment, and thereby modify

the viewpoints. At the end of this solo, a plateau edge will be systematically organized (durationof 15 to 20 min)
